  • We are writing to let you now of the superb service we have had from your dealership in Rushden. My wife and I have had a Fiat car for 30 years and it is the after sales service which is so good.Recently we had a minor fault occur on our Grande Punto and within an hour the car was in the workshop and the problem put right. Jason Fowkes is the manager who dealt with the problem so efficiently but all of the staff from sales, service and in the workshop are without fault.   • Alec, I cannot emphasise enough the tremendous level of customer service I receive from you and everyone else who works there, particularly the great guys in Service and Parts who I had the pleasure of meeting when I was there last weekend to get the car sorted. Whenever people talk about great customer service, they always say John Lewis! Rubbish! I had one of my worst customer experiences there! You hang around for ages to be acknowledged and served, only to find they know little or nothing about the product you are interested in, and their body language is false and insincere. They don't care. The way you guys operate there is amazing; the efficiency, the attention to detail, and the feeling that you will be looked after, no matter what. The way Service arranged a courtesy car for me at such short notice, and how clean I received the car back, and how tidily they had put the engine oil bottles in a box in the car. All the best, Tony

  • We were looking for a first car for our daughter, who desperately wanted a FIAT 500. We went through auto trader and circled a 50 mile radius of where we live. We arrived at this garage and my daughter was over the moon !! so many 500's to look at. The Gentleman that dealt with us, was very friendly, not in any way PUSHY, He was more than helpful. He left us to look at the cars, he did express, if there is anything you need to know, just ask, he opened up the cars, explained quite a lot to us. We ended up buying and we collected the car yesterday - WOW. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone if FIAT is what you are looking for. Upon collecting my car, all paperwork was very organised and ready waiting for me and all the cars features were throughly explained to me. A few days after purchasing my car I had a phone call from them to ask 'how I was getting on with it and if I needed any help with its features'. Service like that is almost unheard of these days.
