Whilst we all look forward to spring and better times ahead, its important we all do our bit this winter to make sure we don’t get left out in the cold. Our aftersales departments remain open offering customers a complete aftersales service including courtesy cars and local home collections (subject to availability).
Here at Rockingham Cars we have had to adapt our business to keep both customers and staff safe throughout the pandemic. We have implemented strict Covid secure ways of working including dedicated customer and drop off zones as well as flexible collection and delivery services all to help keep you and us safe.
No body wants to be stuck in the cold this winter so its vital your car is maintained correctly. Our manufacturer trained team are on standby to help throughout the winter. Many customers have not used their cars quite as much as normal so making sure its in good working order for when you do need it is essential.
Emergency breakdown services remain in full operation and are on hand should you require them. Please see links below to be used in the first instance. Alternatively if there is a anything you are concerned about please call our normal numbers and we will be in touch to advise and help as best we can.
We are able to carryout any recall or warranty work. However should you have an issue or have received a recall notification please complete the attached form and your work will be scheduled to be completed. Should you have a particularly urgent concern please contact us on the normal dealership numbers and we will get back to within 24 hours.
